I just wanted to let you all know that I have gotten around to the following:
  • I actually added my recipe for coconut opera cake! YAY!
  • There was a typo in the flan recipe, which is corrected as of today. I hope none of you tried to make the burnt caramel, because it would not have worked.
Still on the list (Maybe):
  • dig up the recipe for the Hazelnut praline cake, since paige asked for it. Paige, if you decide to make it, don't say I didn't warn you. It isn't worth the investment.

glad you posted the coconut opera cake recipe, even though i could probably logon there myself and get it, it's such a hassle...

and i agree, the praline cake whatever IS NOT WORTH IT!!

Well see...that's the thing about me. I like to read recipes a lot more than I actually make the recipe. Can I call that a talent? no, probably just a hobby. But I sort of feel the food through its recipe. Don't worry. I'm not exactly as brave as you are to be a DARING BAKER!
