Hey Holly! I just found your blog again. We had these turkey burgers a couple weeks ago at a friend's house and they were SO good. I honestly wanted to make them again the next day...but I waited and made them myself last Sunday. The recipe she (and I) followed was from recipezaar (google Oprah turkey burgers) and it worked really well. We used Patak's brand Major Grey's chutney. It tastes great.

i thought the chocolate drips were chocolate chips. its really looks lovely. I agree i thought they would be super hard but was very surprised at how easy they actually were.

While we were in Oregon, we were surrounded by filberts. At first I thought they were something new, but after seeing them, I realized that they were simply hazelnuts. The story that I eventually pieced together is that some guy in Oregon wanted to Americanize them by 1-giving them a "brand" name and 2-advertising heavily to encourage Americans to use his name.<BR/><BR/>Luckily it didn't catch on

Yeah, the food glutton returns! I only recently discovered how to get photos from your phone to your computer. I did it by enabling the bluetooth in my phone and waiting for it to connect to my computer sitting in front of me. Once that happened I could send the photo via bluetooth to my computer. Amazing technology these days... Anyway, hazelnuts and chocolate are just about my favorite thing
